Just looks like that, most pennystock charts do too if you go way back. Its due to RS and dillution which changes the price and OS. Youd have to dig through SEC filings to see # of RS that happened and any mergers or dilution that took place in history to get a full understanding. Just know that when you see pennystocks with prices like that in history, its mostly because of stock splits creating that illusion.
