i think these once in a blue random market sells are from employees that maybe need some extra cash for what ever the case maybe.. So they put in a request to sell xxx amount of shares with their human resource contact who then puts in order with their affiliated broker. Employees don't get their shares through conventional ways like e trade or td..small businesses usually use benefit advisor companies that manage all their medical benifits, stocks, legal stuff ect
when they get a request that an employee wants to sell a few shares they probably just have the one option market sell them
No one in retail here would sell this low volume stock at market
Or it could be someone or a company they issued shares to in the past to pay for services rendered
