Just Voted my 600K shares AGAINST REINVEST... Its quite clear the Vivos plan is a long shot, at best, and from what I have read up on it so far, not impressed... We can still salvage $6-$7M for us shareholders, with upside, if the EC does a goood job of going after other claims. If REINVEST goes through, we will immediately be diluted by 2/3.
