I've given some hours of research to WOFA and the findings are recent developments in the CEOs activities. I grabbed a small starter - hope you guys are looking at what's happening in other places this ceo has his hands in. One major connecting point is weedmaps.com - look and you'll see the new land purchase in California that closed in June in regards to another connecting MJ business.... I don't know if the recent filings are regarding cleaning up the books in order to go forward with WOFA but it was worth a starter buy just in case.
