That seems reasonable enough; the company's made no disclosure of ANY kind since early 2009. In Nevada, it's been reinstated twice since 2008:

The most recent reinstatement occurred at the time the shell was sold to the Chinese; the new list of officers was filed on the same day.

But who owned the shell between 2008 and April 2017? That's nearly ten years. What was going on during that time? Who controlled the shell? Was it ever hijacked? Was any stock ever issued? Who sold it to the Chinese?

Someone who presumably wasn't Grisaffi took control in June 2011. Who was that?
