gelmon never puts in a press release all of the things he does that negatively impact noho, like the raised a/s, the bogus websites, etc. He seems to just try to slip those in under the radar or let shareholders find out on their own. His press releases only deal with his forward looking thoughts which he has never followed through with, because his only intention is to sell shares period.
