You'd think but companies like Cisco don't go out and contract lawyers. They have them on payroll already. So why not use them if you're paying them. The only time they go out and get someone to help is when big companies go for a devastating blow. While UOIP can take a lot of money from Cisco indirectly through Cisco's customers in this case, it wouldn't be devastating to them.
