Dude, again, like I said before, 8K doesn't prove anything. OTC is rank with corruption. You should know that.

These "companies" will do or say anything to sell shares. That's how they make money. Maybe 10 or 15% of them actually have revenue. And probably only 1 % have enough revenue to cover expenses.
