I've tried reaching out to Eakle via LinkedIn. No reply. Hopefully this means he's busy getting current and working on growth. Everything that's been talked about from other companies including EverX, Omegahempwater and Blueleaf by RMHB sounds great but we have yet to see any news of major purchase orders.

When researching the grace period for an 8k acquisition I've found it's 71 calendar days plus an additional 4 business days. You can find it thru the sec definitions yourself if you don't believe. All this adds up to being this Monday as the deadline for the amended 8k for the Bell acquisition. So expect at least that news out tomorrow sometime or Tuesday morning and perhaps an update from the company soon after. At least this makes the most sense to me. Then again, not sure how much sense things this company has done recently has been lol. Here's to hope! Cheers
