You could very well be right. I personally don't have a dog in either fight, but as a small business owner who focuses heavy on social media advertising, I just don't see them competing with Facebook. I think Facebook is bitter that they didn't accept a buyout a few years back, and I think they want to make them regret the decision. Best of luck to you
