You are making an assumption and that assumption is that SNAP and all the money behind SNAP will just sit back and watch their investment evaporate because they will allow themselves to be bullied by a company that is actually in fear of losing market share to an upstart...It is Facebook that fears SNAP not the other way around...SNAP has very little to lose in comparison to Facebook...

I am an advocate for the underdog so I could defend this position all day long...The larger the company the easier it is to find their flaws...when SNAP decides what flaw they want to attack and they are smart enough to do that then at that time you will see what SNAP is made of...

I am not a what if guy but I will leave this on the table...what would happen if SNAP decided to offer a huge salary and or a partnership to one or more of the key executives at Facebook...
