I will write about the business part of the AGM meeting:

There were about 25 people in the room. There were 3 Board of Director members that attended: Joe Fuda, David Sharpless, and Alexander Day. Dan Amadori, CFO, also attended. There was a conference call microphone/speaker set up on the BOD table, but I did not hear any voices from it.

Joe Fuda opened the meeting, and the scrutineer provided information about the shareholder proxy statistics (I could barely hear her in the back of the room, but that is what they have done in the past AGMs).

Joe Fuda then read the proxy vote results -- the number of votes for the board candidate and the number of "withhold" votes.

Brian Von Herzen and Steven Van Fleet both received more "withhold" votes than "yes" votes. When questioned about the meaning of that situation for these two BOD candidates -- if they were elected to the BOD or not -- Joe Fuda explained to the audience that on the exchange Micromem is on, all of the seven candidates have been elected. If there were 9 candidates for 7 BOD positions, only the 7 people with the highest positive number would be voted onto the BOD. Other exchanges have different rules.

The auditor firm was also voted in.

At that time, Dan Amadori spoke from the podium and discussed the "General Update" news release and provided commentary on it and the company's position.

Joe then brought the meeting to a close, and stated there would be no question and answer session, and there would be no further statements read. He said the attendees could stay in the room, but he left the room himself.

Sorry, but I will not write anything more on what was discussed in the AGM meeting room. This stance was recommended to me by a friend and others I attended the meeting with.
