Market Capitalization/Value (same thing.)

A lot of questions regarding AEPP market cap for good reason.

Market Cap determines what shares of a publically traded company are actually worth and what they could be worth if certain FLEs are achieved.

Market cap = PPS x O/S. That is all there is to it.

I am looking at a company (Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc,) in the same sector with similar development opportunities for Cancer treatment (Phase 1, orphan drug status, patents etc.) as Oncolix.

It ran from a low of about .10 in 2009 to $4.50 in 2014/2015.

From their 10Q dated February 9 2015, their O/S was 115,838,000 while having a PPS in the $4-$4.50 range at that time.

$4 PPS x 115,000,000 O/S is a $460,000,000 market cap.

AEPP currently has an O/S of 93,231,633 and a public float that is a fraction of Innovation Pharmaceuticals float, giving us a market cap of $16,781,000 at a PPS of $.18.

Still cheap IMO.

Looking at the market cap of Oncolix, post AEPP reverse merger, with an O/S of 93,000,000, we would be looking at a market cap of $372,900,000 at a $4 PPS.

Even at a PPS of $4, the AEPP market cap would be considerably less than a similar company with similar prospects historically.

The big difference between the two companies is that the AEPP CEO has stated his intention to see Oncolix traded on the NASDAQ.

That fact alone adds a PPS multiplier, since he seems to believe we can get there without a reverse split.

Assuming that the market is willing to support Oncolix as the reverse merger is completed, I see AEPP trading at and sustaining a market cap of around of $100,000,000 to $500,000,000.

I think a publically traded Oncolix with a NASDAQ listing with a PPS and volume high enough to support options adds another multiplier to the potential ROI. More on that later.

Apologies for the long post, but AEPP has a lot going on right now.
