What you're saying is similar to what David Stockman said in an article I posted here yesterday. I don't play the options game, but like this Guy is playing the VIX, it's at all time lows now, so that might be a fairly safe play to bet it moves to the low to mid 20's during that period. Just my guess.

The Trader in the article was playing the VIX a couple of different ways, looking for the big pay-off.
