Akaoni yes I was able to listen and enjoyed it thank you. I have been hammered as I knew I would be taking over my mom's affairs. She seems to be be doing very well after the surgery but displays a trace of dementia.
The house I bought her many years ago is taking up all of my time since I want to unload it while Denver's real estate market is beyond hot especially in her neighborhood $250 a sq. foot for something I paid $80 sq.for 11 years ago and they generally sell within 24 hrs.
