It's funny he returned his shares to the treasury, raised the AS to 5,000,000,000 and is trying to spin that as a positive. Even funnier that he can now print all of those shares and use the proceeds as he sees fit, as before...so, instead of the salary he "forgave" after spending all prior loan proceeds on nothing business related, he can basically print just shy of $5,000,000 or so dollars worth of worthless paper...typical OTC shenanigans, even better he deregistered, no disclosure required now...
