we have buyers exhaustion, after many years of holding the bag,we ,the few of us left,hesitant to load EVEN at this ridiculous PPS...the owners of the convertibles which ,I think,they wont lose $9 millions... .,considering they invested beguinning November of 2015,never they will lose that huge amount,so recently........

with the huge amont of shares due the convertible situation,they can afford to scare a moron who wants to jump in at these level.....a few thousands they release,and the moron is full and afraid,so they keep exchanging shares every day between them....to keep us low enough to take us private for peanuts!!!!!IMHO...
