I'll believe it when I see it. Bob has been saying as much for years, which is why rumors no longer even impact the price. Any other penny would have had far more interest and volume just based on rumor.

Bob has killed his credibility and is hovering on the verge of "jokester".

He needs to deliver or sell and wrap it up. Every well runs dry when you NEVER make a move that offers replenishment!
