Like any professional firm dealing with a situation like this, if SCM was taking legal action they would contact investors directly.

Issuing unsolicited emails (spam) to Hartman or others serves no purpose.

I can understand your frustrations because I'm also an investor who has been on the Ubiquity chopping block.

Instead of sounding like a desperate child, let the professionals, including the SEC, do their job. If in fact your allegations are true, the appropriate agencies will penalize the Carmichael's accordingly because this is no laughing matter.
