You guys have sucked me in to overthinking now. Went to bed last night and started thinking about the warrants. NOT what I want to think about then. But, it occurred to me that the warrants may have already been exercised. We won't know for sure till the q comes out. But, it has been my experience that if the investors that did the placement were banking type outfits, then getting their money out with a 10-20% profit would give them a chubby. So on these runs they could be selling in .80-.90 range and be delighted. What was the placement done at per unit? And, do you know who investors were? For some funds/bankers, getting their money back with 10% is paramount and getting more is huge. On the other hand, others may have held on and risked them expiring.
