Obviously, there was a R/S to complete a reverse merger that was necessary at that time for the company's survival.

Good luck worrying about $50, but 10 years is a long time to show such bitterness. After 1,000 or so posts, it looses it's entertainment value.

Not to worry. . . elevators have more above-ground floors than below-ground floors.
