Yeah, I do recall reading something like that as I skimmed through... not sure how this can end well for the company or stock long term with him at the helm... unfortunate and irritating... kind of makes me wish I had the money to just hire someone to start a suit/investigation - seems something illegal has to be going on. IMO of course.
