-----Just because he is the one supposed to be working on it (i.e. assigned to it) does not mean he was the one involved with the decision process.. which is evident. I mean somebody did a review which is why they were allowed for a grant, what you think they just offer grants without having some sort of review process LMFAO. So that should be easy for you to comprehend that the one doing the actual testing etc. wasnt the one partaking in the review process which is also evident, even more so since they are one of the companies who won a grant after the review and after the submission (order of operations is important here lol) ... simple comprehension.
And again therfe is no conflict of interest any way shape or form you say: he claims support before the submission... that is not grounds for conflict of interest based on the QnA you keep posting and the labs responses. lol No matter how many times you try to sy it is.
