There is hardly any dilution. That is also the O/S not the float. Most of the shares are locked up with investors like me who believe in this company and what it is doing. I now have over 150M shares and continue to invest. I won't be selling until dollar range. They will get there but it will take time. There debt is going down and they are profitable. Assets increasing and they are spreading out to different markets. Once they really focus on sponsorship this will fly.
