Etrade said that DTC suspended clearance process and last time it took a stock I was in took a few days for it to trade again on E*TRADE after suspension was lifted. E*TRADE customer service claimed the DTC settlement suspension was still active and the stock wouldn't trade until it was removed. Etrade said they didn't know IF or WHEN it will happen. Apparently, E*TRADE is clueless.
