Hay Smart guy you are right again!!! Neil just got back to me on that question about the shares in question.

All he said was - Wouldn't that be a good thing? Not sure what you are referring to. Next text he stated - That's been the delay in getting the other deal done the bridge. We are in the final stretch in my opinion. Neil never gives much if anything up.
