All content in my prior post is correct

and can not be refuted. As has always been the case from the moment this scam came into the market in late 2012.

Fact: TRII is a delinquent filer, and has been for over 2 yrs.

Fact: He sold the TRII scam angle, and meager claimed $200K of assets out from under TRII SHs to a Canadian scam. Which then proceeded to recycle the same scam claims Duncan-Jeffy made back in 2012-2015.

Fact: No 8K was ever filed for this material event. Fact: Duncan-Jeffy received stock in the new scam, he can readily dump on the TSX. No longer bound as an insider he can dump at will. Fact: TRII SHs received negative accrued value of a shell company, with no current assets.

Fact: Renewing or having a valid business license would be required, before FINRA would approve a corporate action request, such as selling a Microcrap shell to another Microcrap scam. And paying $600 to Nevada for a license, and selling the shell for $10K is just more money for Duncan-Jeffy.

Fact: A pinky buying the TRII shell needs Reid to only file a Form 15, and the delinquency magically disappears 90 days later, automatic SEC approval. A non-pinky scam that wants to register its stock, can do so after Duncan-Jeffy files the Form 15+90 days. And they do not have to worry about addressing a previous delinquency - by default it no longer exists.

Fact: The purchaser of the TRII scam can buy the TRII stock at whatever conversion rate they wish. At this point Duncan-Jeffy just wants his shell sale money.

Those are the FACTS. They are arrived at by no mysterious means. Consult the EAGAR database one will see a delinquent stock with no 8Ks filed for the material event of selling all assets to a Canadian scam. Consult the Nevada state site for their schedule of fees. Consult the PR issued by the Canadian scam as to what Duncan-Jeffy received in stock, with TRII SHs left with a shell. Consult, and understand SEC regulations pertaining to Form 15 filings.
