Devastating news, we've had $34.70 worth of dilution today. Auctus is seeking a settlement of $464,000. Let me figure this out, $464,000 divided by $34.70 means we'll be ok after 13,371 trading days...did a quick Google search and on avg there are 250 trading days per year so....

13,371 divided by 250 trading day per year = 53 years.

This is sobering news for anyone over the age of 10.
