Will all due respect to the awesome D & P, I am going to have to side with Watchful on this one as well. My research into Vert/Pixel/SPCL/MMEG/Subsidiaries (including Poolworks and Migme) strongly suggests this an empire build for someone who is in competition with Zuckerberg. The channel locking and price orchestration here has been epic and indicates deep pockets and a powerful design. Match up all of the affiliates and you can see this happening. It pulls together streaming, video, gaming, publishing and social media all under one huge tentacled roof. In fact, the one flaw in their plan is if Zuckerberg or his minions really figured out what was happening here. The low share price could doom them and that is another reason why they will start getting the share prices up out of the basement soon. All in my opinion. GLTA.
