Don't know but like the last PR said, a working graphene modulator makes me wonder on what timeframe? If you are interested in photonics processing (datacenters, and all the problems there) you should really look into Polymer Photonics or lightwavelogic.com

CABN hasn't got lab in order to create a feedback loop. It's an office with a 65K contract with UCSB. So, it's very little but if the CEO can speed things up (buy a photonics lab, get some funding) you never know what will happen.

I've send Jerry Hug a link to get AIM photonics fund requests. He is ignoring me but that's fine. CABN shares are doing good, so that's a plus.
