I still believe there was some subterfuge employed
here to shake out shares, get folks to sell to lover
the share price before it took off.

That's exactly what happened. Instead of making like
40K I recovered about 500 bucks.

I never will listen to others again, and if I had the
money, would raise issue with this letter I received
and lawyer up and let the regulatory folks know that
nothing likely would or could be done.

This one stinks and still pisses me off.
