BUY ALERT SVU WILL RIDE TO $3.50-$3.60 RANGE THEN WILL STRUGGLE. buy now in the $3.30-$3.40 range and then prepare to sell at the $3.55 range for a nice .15 per share profit. also pays a .0875 dividend.
