My thoughts.....
First, acquistions have been in the company strategy, therefore this increase in A/S is more than likely in the event they'll need to use them for an acqusition. That's more than fine with me.

Second, with the exception of the january s8 they have almost no history of upping the o/s....zero history of abusing the o/s for shady reasons.

Third, most companies have a considerably higher a/s as compared to o/s. Frankly I'm surprised they ever had an a/s of only 75M. At $.20 pps, a 75M a/s only leaves them with $9M for acquisitions. In the business world that's not a lot of money to work with. I welcome the new growth opportunity.
