I don't seem to recall in prior filings that the accrued rent would be paid back in 24 installments. I think the company is pulling another fast one here.


As of July 1, 2017, the first actual monthly lease payments plus an additional amount of 1/24th of the accrued rent, became due and has been paid

No language like this has ever been included in a 10-Q or 10-K before.


The only reference to lease payments in filings has been this:

Lease revenue is recognized monthly at the end of each month.  Total lease payments under the 120-month lease agreement for 50% of the GCP1 greenhouse, which are $21,433,000, is divided by the lease term.  Therefore, the average lease rate per month is $179,000 for one half of the total greenhouse. This spreads the total amount of the lease payment stream over the life of the lease.
