I know what you posted and I know all about how the O/S got to where it is. You forget I've been following this ticker far longer than you have. I'm not making any more a point than that of the current market value. If the company wants to convert shares back and forth, fine. But there's only one reason they're going public and doing so on the OTC.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
