It was good news, it just didn't have any meat to it.
The big questions; how much did it cost to build the prototype, how much hydrogen does it produce, and what is the operational life, was barely even hinted at. Until those are answered, I think we are only going to head lower. I wouldn't be surprised if we hit .006-.0075 in the next 3-4 months, unless at least one of those questions are answered.
