I like that Mr. Burkhardt is named as the CEO. I've never distrusted him, believing he was misled.

However, the buck stops there as Jaspers is the declared Chairman of the Board. I'll bet he and Hermann are the lone two Directors! My understanding has been that Jaspers holds the controlling majority of shares.

Until PUGE embarks upon a business plan and explains its as yet not developed business model, I'm reserving all judgment regarding future prospects. We have yet to see that the company has any intention of operating as a bona fide company worthy of investment. It may turn out to be nothing more than the usual pink share-selling scheme.

I'll be watching corporate actions and even more carefully---my wallet.
