Added large amount of shares at .255 .

The tenants are finally starting to convert product to cash. TURV as landlords should be collecting cash from Tenant 1 (McKowen) and are at least accruing rent from Tenant 2. Now they can start working on the dam project.

McKowen shouldn't have a need to sell shares inorder to raise cash since he is now seeing cash flow from McGrow.
