The reinstatement fees were ver $14k and the officer list and business experation are both on July 31. I'm assuming something happens before then.

You do know they wouldn't be able to disclose if they were associated with GNIN? That would inside information since it would not have been released publicly. You say they have confirmed it numerous times. You have emailed them asking them the same question more than once? Seems unlikely that they would keep responding to the same question. Could you post those numerous emails?

IMO you contacted them, they said they weren't involved and you sold. You are probanly the seller yesterday.
