Per lithium expert Joe Lowry (@globallithium on Twitter):

He says this is essentially Bloomberg's doing, because of their use of the word "if" when talking about whether Cuachari-Olaroz will come online or not. Apparently Bloomberg thinks LACDF's survival is dependent upon Tesla's, and they see big issues with Tesla.

I wish I had more expendable income; this is a great buying opportunity/dip right now.
