in order, they are going after the 51M Hispanics in the USA first who want live TV and movies bundled. Keys are Spanish speaking video and Soccer.

Then, they want to offer the platform to Telcoms across Latin America. Examples are the 50 or so telecoms that exist, who can offer live TV bundled with movies/shows all in Spanish.

Then, license the platform (tech that works well), so that telecoms in the Far East and Middle East can build out their own live TV/movie shows bundles.
