Here is what still needs to happen with WCVC:

1) Effectuate the cancellation of 60,000 shares of common stock owned by Mayya Khalay. I do not believe this has happened yet as the OS is still 15,088,544.
2) File a Certificate of Designation of the Series A Preferred Stock with the Nevada Secretary of State. Did not see this filing at the NVSOS.
