That's a pre R/S drop from .0016 to .0003. Only two ticks away from .0001. Investors are basically wiped out. IMO all anyone can do is decide whether to sell or hold what they have and wait for the shell to be sold. New owners will likely pull a huge forward split. Just be prepared for a very long wait.
