I noted the 13% figure in some literature I perused about this POS. And now this: http://www.popularmechanics.com/science/green-tech/a24357/solar-power-cheapest-energy/

But, as with any company, if the management has previously known fraud/failure in their past, why should they be trusted to go straight? Not with my money!! LOL
