Tom stated again today he does not want a RS. He is not planning one either. The worst is already behind us as far as the dilution. I am confident with his plans to take BVTK to the Nasdaq sooner than we think he has huge plans and a lot more is happening that we understand. We are only at chapter 4 in the book he is ahead of us at chapter 9. He knows a lot more than we do about the value of BVTK!
