Conducting an IPO and possibly a Reverse Split is how they plan on doing it. $4 is what I'm tracking a company's shares must reach and hold in order to be listed on the NASDAQ exchange.

But unfortunately the Market shit its pants today apparently over that S-1 filing. Whereas I would have thought it would have had the opposite effect and caused an excited buying spree.

TWER leadership isn't cancelling the shares we have and or wiping out our equity like a Bankruptcy Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization can do to shareholders. So idk what the hell would be spooking current shareholders into this Massive dump today.

IMO it is clear as day what their strategy is as they explain it in the S-1 Filing. Sell shares through an IPO and reorganize share structure.

Companies do it this way all the time. I'm impressed with how quick they are moving to uplist to NASDAQ again.

Stock Trading...ha ha...Child's Play.
