On life support with pending power outage looming. All the pumpers have left the building and management is not putting out any news (get this to save money,ironic). Potential not realized is due to laziness, stupidity, negligence, mistakes or incompetence, you take your pick. My take is they were in over their heads and made too many missteps allowing the window of opportunity to close on them. Current plan of sit and wait is weak and seems to be a waving of the white flag.
