No but the 10Q does say Mersky is selling Billions of shares at .00005 a 50 percent discount and free trading shares, an immediate 100 percent return for the "investor"

Mersky is the only executive, so He is 100 percent responsible for the free trading shares virtually being given away. Yes indeed, Mersky is dumping shares. One doesn't need to see it in black and white to know what's going on.

The NY Bar association has no complaint against Mersky, so no reason to take action. Like I said before, over 15 different bar associations have specifically told me, there is no national data base, they do not conduct annual or any worldwide searches of the attorneys in their State Bar Association. They don't have the time or resources. To think otherwise goes against common sense.
