You're mostly right except the legality. Since it's imported industrial hemp within legal % of THC it's ok, but there is the main problem it's Hemp. Once the US and CAnada soon to be 100% legal most people will flock to a higher grade better working CBD from real marijuana. The First real Marijuana company it is not, it might be first but at Hemp, if that. The name alone is deceptive. While labs are working on extraction methods for THC we wait for the real Cure to become 100% legal, so where do you think Hemp will be then? Ask 100 people1 question Do you want the Best CBD, CBC and even THC then burn your hemp for home heating and let real weed move in. If people are getting help from this product then great for them but imagine the cures on the horizone of 100% organic Pot Buds.
