Well the fact is a lot of those "non reporting companies" are indeed delisted by the SEC. Yea, you are correct that some never get canned. It really seems random how the SEC picks the stocks like IFUS to delist. Just saying their is a risk when the corporation fails to provide basic information to keep the SEC happy. Also, the corporate address for IFUS can get them into trouble. I was told recently that IFUS has some guys show up at the plant one day a month to ACT like they are working. The SEC requires a valid address and this IFUS staging operations 1 day a month does not really count. They can delist IFUS and use the normal "failure to provide information".

Don't take my word for it. OTC Markets has a clear warning about IFUS stock and the lack of information.
